Retrofit Assessments
This isn’t just a box-ticking exercise; it’s how we make sure your application is watertight, meets all the rules, and gets approved the first time.
Because we’re experts, the whole process still only takes an hour or two. Our trained surveyor will visit your property, take measurements, and capture detailed photographs of your home to support your application.
You may also need to provide extra evidence, such as proof of income, benefit statements, or property ownership details. We only ask for what’s necessary – and if you qualify on multiple grounds, we’ll always choose the route that requires the least amount of financial evidence.
